I started out as a System Engineer (SE) with Data General Corporaton in the early 80's. I specialized in real-time systems. During a stint on Wall Street building Market Data Systems, I moved
into management. For about the last 20 years I have been a CTO or VP of Engineering for three companies, much in the B2B space.
My biggest frustration with my chosen profession has been how often technology is lost and re-invented. Some great concepts seem to have just "gone missing".
The need for some of these ideas drives a large amount of overhead, as programmers and IT folks recreate these things over and over (and over...) again.
This CLI is my first attempt at bringing back some concepts from the good old days. Dusted off for modern systems of course.
